Zechariah 13:1
בַּיּ֣וֹם הַה֗וּא יִֽהְיֶה֙ מָק֣וֹר נִפְתָּ֔ח לְבֵ֥ית דָּוִ֖יד וּלְיֹשְׁבֵ֣י יְרֽוּשָׁלִָ֑ם לְחַטַּ֖את וּלְנִדָּֽה׃
In that day, a fountain will be opened for the house of David and for the dwellers of Jerusalem for sin and for uncleanness.
Paraphrase: Yes, believe it people! There is a day (Zechariah 12:3, 4, 6, 8, 9, 11) coming when I will give My people three gifts. The first is the complete victory over all those enemies who seek to destroy them. (Zechariah 12:9) Second, I will give them My Spirit. (Zechariah 12:10) He will open their eyes so that they can see clearly that it is their sin which brings down on them so much misery. (Zechariah 12:10) Third, I will open up a fountain for them. It will be a fountain flowing with clean water so that My people can be washed from all that defiles them. (Psalm 51:2; Ezekiel 36:25-26; Isaiah 1:16) It will be for the kings in the line of David and for all the people at large. Yes, for all those living in Jerusalem even for all those who were the ringleaders in idolatry and unfaithfulness. (Zephaniah 3:1-2; Jeremiah 5:1-3; Ezekiel 5:5–6; Revelation 11:8) These are the people that I welcome to this glorious fountain of cleansing.

Zechariah 13:2
וְהָיָה֩ בַיּ֨וֹם הַה֜וּא נְאֻ֣ם׀ יְהוָ֣ה צְבָא֗וֹת אַכְרִ֞ית אֶת־שְׁמ֤וֹת הָֽעֲצַבִּים֙ מִן־הָאָ֔רֶץ וְלֹ֥א יִזָּכְר֖וּ ע֑וֹד וְגַ֧ם אֶת־הַנְּבִיאִ֛ים וְאֶת־ר֥וּחַ הַטֻּמְאָ֖ה אַעֲבִ֥יר מִן־הָאָֽרֶץ׃
And it will be on that day, an oracle of YHWH of hosts, I will cut off the names of the idols from the land, and they will not be remembered again, and also the prophets and the spirit of uncleanness, I will cut off from the land.
Paraphrase: Furthermore, on this happy day, I will be thorough. I will strike even the names of the idols from the memories of My people; no one will remember them anymore. The prophets, who served these idols, and the demons which spoke to these false prophets (1 Kings 22:21–23; Revelation 16:13-14) shall be struck from the land and heard from no more.

Zechariah 13:8
וְהָיָ֤ה בְכָל־הָאָ֙רֶץ֙ נְאֻם־יְהוָ֔ה פִּֽי־שְׁנַ֣יִם בָּ֔הּ יִכָּרְת֖וּ יִגְוָ֑עוּ וְהַשְּׁלִשִׁ֖ית יִוָּ֥תֶר בָּֽהּ׃
