Micah 4:1
וְהָיָ֣ה׀ בְּאַחֲרִ֣ית הַיָּמִ֗ים יִ֠הְיֶה הַ֣ר בֵּית־יְהוָ֤ה נָכוֹן֙ בְּרֹ֣אשׁ הֶהָרִ֔ים וְנִשָּׂ֥א ה֖וּא מִגְּבָע֑וֹת וְנָהֲר֥וּ עָלָ֖יו עַמִּֽים׃
and it will be in the after days; the mountain of the house of YHWH will be will be established in the top of the mountains, and it will be lifted higher than the hills, and peoples will flow to it.
Comments:
A vav-reversive on וְהָיָה following by two YQTLs with no vav-conversive; then two more QTLs with vav-reversive.
Note the comparative nuance in the preposition min on מִגְּבָעוֹת.
Micah 4:2
וְֽהָלְכ֞וּ גּוֹיִ֣ם רַבִּ֗ים וְאָֽמְרוּ֙ לְכ֣וּ׀ וְנַעֲלֶ֣ה אֶל־הַר־יְהוָ֗ה וְאֶל־בֵּית֙ אֱלֹהֵ֣י יַעֲקֹ֔ב וְיוֹרֵ֙נוּ֙ מִדְּרָכָ֔יו וְנֵלְכָ֖ה בְּאֹֽרְחֹתָ֑יו כִּ֤י מִצִּיּוֹן֙ תֵּצֵ֣א תוֹרָ֔ה וּדְבַר־יְהוָ֖ה מִירוּשָׁלִָֽם׃
and many nations went and said, “Go, and let us ascend to the mountain of YHWH and to the house of the God of Jacob and He will teach us from His paths and we will walk in His ways because from Zion will go forth instruction and the word of YHWH from Jerusalem.
Comments:
וְנַעֲלֶה is probably a cohortative but has no morphological indicator.
What is the use of the preposition in מִדְּרָכָ֔יו? BHS gives one possibility as “the author or authority from whom a standard or truth originated.” p213
Micah 4:3
וְשָׁפַ֗ט בֵּ֚ין עַמִּ֣ים רַבִּ֔ים וְהוֹכִ֛יחַ לְגוֹיִ֥ם עֲצֻמִ֖ים עַד־רָח֑וֹק וְכִתְּת֨וּ חַרְבֹתֵיהֶ֜ם לְאִתִּ֗ים וַחֲנִיתֹֽתֵיהֶם֙ לְמַזְמֵר֔וֹת לֹֽא־יִשְׂא֞וּ גּ֤וֹי אֶל־גּוֹי֙ חֶ֔רֶב וְלֹא־יִלְמְד֥וּן ע֖וֹד מִלְחָמָֽה׃
and He will judge between many peoples and He will decide for mighty nations from far away and they will hammer their swords into plows and their spears to pruning knives. Nation will not lift up sword against nation, and they will not learn war any longer.

וְיָשְׁב֗וּ אִ֣ישׁ תַּ֧חַת גַּפְנ֛וֹ וְתַ֥חַת תְּאֵנָת֖וֹ וְאֵ֣ין מַחֲרִ֑יד כִּי־פִ֛י יְהוָ֥ה צְבָא֖וֹת דִּבֵּֽר׃
and each man will return beneath his vine and beneath his fig tree and there will be no one to cause them to tremble because the mouth of YHWH of hosts has spoken.
