Psalms 67:1
לַמְנַצֵּ֥ח בִּנְגִינֹ֗ת מִזְמ֥וֹר שִֽׁיר׃ אֱלֹהִ֗ים יְחָנֵּ֥נוּ וִֽיבָרְכֵ֑נוּ יָ֤אֵ֥ר פָּנָ֖יו אִתָּ֣נוּ סֶֽלָה׃
To the head musician, with stringed instruments; a Mizmore; a song.
God, He will show favor and will bless us; let His Face enlighten us, Selah.
Paraphrase: This song was written for the choir and is given to the choir director to use for God’s praise. This song works best when sung with stringed instruments. Here is the song:
The great God of heaven and earth; this God is our God forever and ever. He will watch over us and provide for us every step of our life. The light streaming from His Face will show us the way to go. Selah

יָאֵר is a jussive and likely the other verbs preceding are also to be understood as such.
Psalms 67:2
לָדַ֣עַת בָּאָ֣רֶץ דַּרְכֶּ֑ךָ בְּכָל־גּ֝וֹיִ֗ם יְשׁוּעָתֶֽךָ׃
To know in the earth Your way among all nations, Your salvation.
Paraphrase: Then when we are so blessed with the divine favor, we will shine brightly among the nations. The nations will see the glory of YHWH and know that He alone is the King of kings and the Lord of lords. All the peoples of the earth will know that You are a God who delights to save those who are trusting in Him.

Psalms 67:3
יוֹד֖וּךָ עַמִּ֥ים׀ אֱלֹהִ֑ים י֝וֹד֗וּךָ עַמִּ֥ים כֻּלָּֽם׃
The peoples will confess You, oh God, the peoples will confess You, all of them.
Paraphrase: Oh God, let all the peoples of the earth confess Your Name and put their trust in You. Yes, Lord, let all of them come to find refuge under Your wings. (Psalm 17:8; 36:7; 57:1; 61:4; 63:7)

Psalms 67:4
יִֽשְׂמְח֥וּ וִֽירַנְּנ֗וּ לְאֻ֫מִּ֥ים כִּֽי־תִשְׁפֹּ֣ט עַמִּ֣ים מִישׁ֑וֹר וּלְאֻמִּ֓ים׀ בָּאָ֖רֶץ תַּנְחֵ֣ם סֶֽלָה׃
The peoples will rejoice and shout that you will govern the peoples with fairness and for the peoples in the land, you will lead. Selah
Paraphrase: Oh how the peoples of the earth will shout for joy and sing when they come under your lordship. They will experience firsthand that You rule with perfect justice. The peoples of the earth will flourish as you lead them into green pastures.

Psalms 67:5
יוֹד֖וּךָ עַמִּ֥ים׀ אֱלֹהִ֑ים י֝וֹד֗וּךָ עַמִּ֥ים כֻּלָּֽם׃
The peoples will confess You, oh God, all the peoples will confess You.
Paraphrase: Then the blessings that you give to Your people will run out to all the nations. The nations of this earth will come and bow before You, oh God. They will confess Your Name and become the sheep of Your pasture. (Zechariah 8:21) You will lead them and us alike to our eternal rest. (Isaiah 40:11)

Kirkpatrick (p374): This refrain is generally treated as before as a wish or prayer [in v3]; but it is worth considering whether the tone of the last stanza does not change throughout from prayer to confident hope, so that we should render, The peoples shall give thanks unto thee, O God. The form of a refrain is often slightly varied, why not its tone?
Psalms 67:6
אֶ֭רֶץ נָתְנָ֣ה יְבוּלָ֑הּ יְ֝בָרְכֵ֗נוּ אֱלֹהִ֥ים אֱלֹהֵֽינוּ׃
The land will give her produce; God will bless us, our God.
Paraphrase: The land will yield plenty of produce for all to eat and be satisfied. There will be no poverty. (Deuteronomy 15:4) All this will be for one reason; the blessing of God will be upon us. Yes, these blessings come from God, our God, the God who made a covenant with our fathers and promised us that we would be a channel of blessing to all the families of the earth. (Genesis 12:1-3)

Psalms 67:7
יְבָרְכֵ֥נוּ אֱלֹהִ֑ים וְיִֽירְא֥וּ אֹ֝ת֗וֹ כָּל־אַפְסֵי־אָֽרֶץ׃
God will bless us, and all the ends of the earth will fear Him.
Paraphrase: Yes, this is our prayer, oh God. We ask you to bless us so that we might be a blessing to all the families of the earth. (Hosea 3:5) This is Your way (Psalm 67:2), oh God, and it is our earnest desire that all the nations of the earth might come to know how You work and how You save those who are bowing before You in reverent and joyful awe.

If the first verb “bless” is a jussive, then the simple vav on “fear” should be understood as showing result. (Jouon §116a) Futato:
Whenever there is a sequence of volitive + וְ + volitive, the second volitive is usually “indirect,” unless the volitives are the same person. Beginning Biblical Hebrew p152.
Here both volitives are the same person.
