You visit the land, and You make it abundant; you greatly enrich her with channels of God, full of water; You provide for their grain; for thus you established her.

Paraphrase:  You have visited our land and as a result it is bringing forth an abundant harvest.  All our irrigation ditches are full of the water which you brought with You.  You have taken each sprout of grain by the hand, given each one water to drink, a place of soil in which to grow, and now we see large fields of grain growing thick and lush and promising a bountiful harvest for the good of Your people.

Her ridges, to water, to press down her furrows; with rains you soften; her sprouting you bless.

Paraphrase:  You have come with an abundance of rain and have given all the ridges and furrows of our fields all the water they can drink.  Now, the plants are sprouting and shooting up giving us hope for a bountiful harvest.

You crown the year of Your goodness and Your tracks, they drip with fatness.

Paraphrase:  The entire year was full of your goodness, but this bountiful harvest is the crown you placed on the this year.  Our wagons are so overloaded with produce that they cannot hold all the harvest;  some of it spills out of the wagon and onto the road.

Comments:

Is the harvest the crown of the year?  or is the prosperous year itself the crown?

They are clothed with male sheep of the flock, and the valleys are covered with grain; they shout for joy, they also sing.

Paraphrase:  These valleys are not just covered with lush grass and grain.  They are also covered with sheep who are growing fat and sleek on these pastures.  Even the valleys are full of grain growing thick and lush.  All the hills and valleys together are shouting for joy and singing praises to YHWH.
